This review is for My Witness, My Life by Lisa Wood

Harley’s life unexpectedly changed after overhearing her boss on the phone with a monster. She has multiple attempts on her life and barely escapes to the FBI.

Jace is a cranky Marshall who isn’t excited to be protecting a Gen Z woman. He expects her yo be a spoiled and obnoxious brat only to be shocked to discover she’s a tough take no nonsense woman who quickly puts him in his place.

The danger doesn’t let up as they try to stay hidden and out of sight, but they barely keep themselves out of the hands of the men out to kill Harley.

The adrenaline rush and nonstop danger adds to the sexual chemistry between Jace and Harley until it becomes impossible to resist each other.

A quick, fast paced read with plenty of suspense. Who can they trust and will Harley live to testify?

Intrigue and Betrayal

This review is for Burned by [a:Simone Leigh|15454039|Simone Leigh|https://images.gr-assets.com/authors/1500829629p2/15454039.jpg]. This is a fast-paced read with a mystery to solve. I love that Larry fully immerses himself into the problem at hand but takes every opportunity to check in with Mitch. If you're familiar with these characters from earlier works, you know this is a BIG step for him as he continues to grow and change his ways. ☎
