I loved the story. I enjoyed the book more, than the movie, that the book is based on.
The white woman finding her true identity, was not in the movie; however it added a lot to the books richness. There were so many incidents, that brought about so many different emotions. This is a really good read.

This heartfelt memoir gave us the opportunity to not only know more about Tina, but Beyonce, Solange, & so many others. She def deserved the nickname “Bad Ass Tini B” 😂😂. I highly suggest listening to the audiobook and hearing the story read by Tina
