This book is hard to rate honestly when you've already seen the movie a million times and absolutely adore it. So while some of the surprise and intrigue of the resolution didn't hit as hard, it was fun to notice some of the little nuances. Like the creative liberties they took with Bouc as a character in the movies, cause he was kind of annoying in the book 😂😂

Hercule Poirot is such a diva, and I love him. Agatha is always a good time

Just for fun reading. That ending, I had to confirm what happened to make sure that I understood it.
8/9/19
Upon further contemplation, I absolutely love this book and this story. I may be overthinking this but the moral conflict that Poirot has at the end of the novel giving the passengers the decision to either save themselves or turn themselves in made me think very much over. It goes into the themes of how good and evil aren’t that distinct and that actions are not always purely good and purely evil. Again, I really enjoyed this novel and it has made me think a lot about it.

I really enjoyed this story. Mr. Poirot seems to be an even more fantastic detective and reasoner than the famed Sherlock Holmes.
But alas the ending was rather unsatisfactory
