This was really promising but the first time I read it, I had a mental breakdown LOL. Hits a little too close to home right now. Maybe I’ll come back to this one day, but I personally don’t think it’s worth putting myself through emotional turmoil just to finish a book.
Ps. I didn’t know what it was about going into it so that was my bad lol

Life long friendship and the power of being around those who know you best takes center stage in The Celebrants. A reminder to cherish the time we have with our favorite people, and that our lives all have an impact on others, even when we struggle to feel it. #worthreading
I had high hopes because I love books about friendship but this was disappointing. These are not real friends, they don’t actually know each other outside of their shared college experience 20+ years ago. This book was clearly written by a man.
Would definitely consider this a summer beach read, had to not been for such a somber topic. Not super literary but the storyline was beautiful.
A nice light read to remember that life is worth living, and to remember to love the ones that are still around a little harder everyday.
