I liked the idea of a pact between five friends from college a lot, but didn’t love the execution of the plot. The only character that I felt I understood at all was old of the Jordans and I wanted to feel endeared towards all of them. Instead, I had a hard time believing that this group truly liked each other. I like the idea of friendship adventures though and tradition so cheers to that!

A group of friends vacationing together through the decades based on a college pact? I’m in. Fun and emotional times were had by all.

I liked this, but will probably have a hard time remembering it in a few months. Like the book diving into different people's lives during different periods without really getting to know anyone, this will leave a fleeting, but nice memory.

I enjoyed this ok, but consistently felt like something was missing in his writing.
