Kept waiting for something to happen and it never really did... would be perfectly fine as a book of a different genre but not what I was expecting from Liane, who's other books I've absolutely gobbled up.

Really good story line, endearing characters. You become invested in them and their lives.

Like I wrote before, I must give her five stars because I love her books so much! This one was different. It was much more linear, little to no mystery, but still so engaging. I came to sympathize with Saskia and Ellen equally. Moriarty really taps into the unmarried, thirty-something woman's soul!

Love. Love love love love love. Such compelling characters. Again, I was sucked in by the beautiful writing, the captivating storytelling and the completely unique world. It's to the point where I can't wait to re-read it in the future.

I normally love Moriarty's books, but I really struggled with this one. It was interesting in the beginning, but I found myself slogging through it as I got further into it because not much actually happens.

I liked the idea of the psychological exploration of a stalker and how it made Ellen feel, but that wasn't enough to keep me hooked. I think I would have preferred a more drama-driven plot.

Easy, enjoyable read but it seemed to drag out longer than it needed to.

I enjoy a book with quirky characters and this one fit the bill. One reviewer complained that nothing "big" happened in the story. I don't know what she was expecting, but I wasn't disappointed. It was not your typical love story, it held my attention, and the end was satisfying.

I kept waiting for something to happen. It never did.
