*slams this book onto my top books of the year list*

The relationship between Ollie and Finn is beautiful and sexy af and I never wanted the book to end! Not a ton of angst, but enough to provide an interesting background to the relationship.

I swear to God the purity of this story killed me. These young men love with all they have and it shows. Want to renew your faith in humanity- read this book.

(As a side note, I didn't see it mentioned in triggers, but there's an on page death at the beginning.)

4.25 ✨️ I really enjoyed this - it was so sweet and honestly just pretty adorable. I really loved the way the two MC's were written, I thought they were both really well fleshed out characters. And I really enjoyed how this challenged certain stepbrother trope stereotypes/conventions - it was really nice to read a different take on the stepbrothers-to-lovers, and I thoroughly enjoyed it. I'd say the reason it's not 5 stars for me is the villains seemed a bit one dimensional. However, they were still written really well and were very believable nonetheless. All in all, I can't wait to read the next book by this author.

Although I didn’t enjoy the low angst of the book, I still felt that their relationship deserved a little bit more angst and problems, especially coming out to their family and their friends.

I did love their banter together, and how thin slowly started to see Oliver as something important.

The spice was okay, I would give it a three out of five on the spice meter!

But just because of his rating doesn’t mean I wouldn’t reread this! I think this is one of the books that might have to keep growing on me when I’m wanting something lighthearted as a pallet cleanser for some dark reads or if I’m in a reading slump!

I was having a bad bout of insomnia last night and I couldn't put this book down. Finally finishing it at 4am. I loved it! So good. I loved how Wes just explained his love for Ollie as love for Ollie and not needing or knowing his label. He was confused about his body's attraction but didn't wax on and on about it. He knew what he wanted and he went for it. Loved the message from this book, I also loved the Ollie character. The sexy times were hot hot hot. Highly recommend to anyone who likes MM. Looking forward to the next book!

I loved this book and can't believe this is her debut book. Can't wait for what is released next. Definitely one of my top reads of this year. Loved these two and watching their relationship grow.

I couldn’t bring myself to finish this. I just couldn’t feel any chemistry between the two MCs and Eric was so annoying and I get that the author perhaps needed someone to be the antagonist but I found it unnecessary. So, dnf @ 63%.
