This book was gut-wrenchingly informative and meticulously well researched and presented. Reading this, I couldn't help but question my education and everything I've been taught about my country and its origins having grown up as an American.

This book reminded me of the importance of humanity and how frequently throughout history the United States of America has lacked it.

This is a very informative history of America from the perspective of the tribes who lived here first. There’s a heavy focus on genocide and violence and a need for return and reform and reparations. Emotional read.
