I really wasn't into this for the chapter or two. I thought it was really tedious and way too slice of lifey but in a boring way.
For example there's a chapter about wanting to join clubs. They check out one club, hijinks ensue, and then they decide they don't want to join any clubs and then one character reveals they joined the art club already. It was just a really boring chapter. I was pleasantly suprised that by the end I was really into it, and I was so glad I have the rest of the volumes already. The slice of life was really cute and fun! I can't wait to read the next volume.
I think it got better as it went on. It was really cute and I love the characters. Even the side characters! There's a whole chapter just with the side characters Nanaya and Minori. They don't distract from the main characters, which I like.
I also love how the "will they won't they?" isn't the whole plot. The romance is more a subplot sprinkled in. I hate when the whole plot is "oh no i love them but i can't tell" for like 10 volumes ahhh. I think people might be dissapointed with that, but I liked it. I guess I've read too much romance manga. I think the manga can be a little too much slice of life manga, the romance being the only real plot point. But since the series is only 3 volumes I think it works.
Also I love love the small town high school setting. I haven't seen a manga yet that focuses so much on school. It's usually just a backdrop. Anyways it's a really cozy setting, and the art makes the world feel so lively!
And the art. At first I thought it was well drawn (there are some like weird anatomy errors I noticed, i'm like wait i don't think the human body is like that). But there wasn't much interesting to look at. Just felt really bland idk how to explain it. But as it went on I swear the art got better. Maybe cuz the story got more interesting idk. The detail also

This was cute. It was overall just fine. I think it is the most slice of life series so it's slow going and very calm. I was expecting something to happen or really be memorable. It's only a 3 volume series so I plan to continue it and see if it's a series I can eventually love.

This was a cute, cozy yuri manga. There's not a whole lot to say, it's a simple premise with easy to get characters with cute artwork and fun interactions. Not the best, but definitely a nice break from the more serious series out there. Pick it up for a relaxing reading experience snuggled up in a blanket with a warm drink and snacks.

Definitely slow-moving and gentle, a real slice-of-life kind of yuri. I understand people who say this one is too meandering for them with not enough plot, but personally I ended up truly enjoying how earnest the characters are and the easiness about the whole story.

Cute slice of life yuri (aka lesbian) manga! Koharu is starting high school and reconnects with a childhood friend, Mafuyu, who moved back into town. The group of four friends is sweet and the art (especially food art, I love food in manga and anime lol) is lovely. Not much happens but it's a happy, fluffy little read.

This book was an adorable slice of life. Koharu and Mafuyu are supposed to be the main characters in this one, but I think Nanaya and Minori stole the spot light
