I think the premise is incredible and I have implemented a few of the points discussed. The writing was ok and the content was good enough to get the point across. I would recommend to anyone living in the technologically communicative world we live in.

Interesting, helpful, easy read

Its my second listen and I got a lot out of the first half of the book, the second is a bit rambling and all over the place

As a semi-recent college graduate, this book answered one of my current biggest questions: "Is this all there is to life?" After settling into a new city, a new job, and starting to create a life, I was left feeling empty. The practices outlined in this book are the answer.

Very interesting book. More critical examination of the values of the book would be appreciated, rather than so much practical advice that doesn't work for everyone.

I really enjoyed listening to this audiobook and I left feeling inspired to overhaul my digital use. I highly recommend this book as a great place to start on the topic of all the myriad ways that having a computer in our pocket, constant access to the internet, and always being accessible to others via our phones can be detrimental to ourselves and our relationships. REALLY loved this author's tone and perspective on this subject and I can't wait to read more about it.
