Whenever a kid can spend the day with their grandparents is a grand one. This book is the celebration of the relationship between grandparent and grandchild, full of fun, laughter, teaching, and love. I love the unique art style and diversity of families in this book and also can really appreciate when my kids can spend the day with their grandparents. Great for Grandparent's Day (9/11 for 2022) or any day.

The illustrations are COOL. The text felt a bit jumbled and unclear. I was confused when all of a sudden we were seeing different grandparents, after seeing the same ones for three spreads.

A rhyming book about visiting grandparents.

This sweet, well-illustrated picture book celebrates the bonds between grandchildren and grandparents, but I would have liked this more if it had focused on just a few families. One of the book's selling points is that it's diverse, with lots of different families represented on different pages, but I prefer depth over breadth in books like these.
