Strong start in the first 10%, good narration by Bamford, but just fell apart for me.

Maria Bamford has a glorious voice, that brings this entire book to life. I cannot recommend the audio enough. Of course her voice gives power to her own story, but she's the most expressive narrator I've ever come across too.

The energy of this memoir is pretty chaotic, but still vulnerable and so funny, and it's such a brilliant honest depiction of Bamford's mental health struggles. You can tell this is something she has been managing with varying degrees of success her whole life, but it still feels optimistic. If you're a memoir fan I think this is a must read.
