I couldn't really get into the podcast and so this audiobook, that I had for more than five years, didn't get read.
but now that I listened to it, I highly enjoyed it! the lives of Karen and Georgia are very interesting and their narrative style that I didn't like in the podcast definitely brought out their personalities in their memoir.
highly recommend even if you're not a murderino.

This was exactly what I wanted: Karen and Georgia telling stories about their lives and giving advice to sweet baby angels. I 100% recommend the audiobook, since these ladies are already your ear friends.
I was a bit nervous when two of my favorite podcasters announced they were writing a book. I was worried that it would ruin the podcast for me if the book didn’t live up to the hype. Kind of like that feeling you get when you’re meeting someone face to face for the first time. But Karen and Georgia definitely proved that feeling to be wrong! The book was authentic and honest and still had the same feel as the MFM podcast. I loved getting to know them on an even deeper level! Paul Giamati was an added bonus to the audiobook (highly recommend). Well done Karen and Georgia!

I've owned this book since it came out and for some reason only just read it. I love these women, and I loved this book, and every time they gave thoughts and feelings and advice about childhood, something in me healed.
WOW! I have been a listener of MFM for about 2 years, Karen and Georgia put a humorous spin on the hard facts of growing up different. From solemn stories of drug use to cringey ex-boyfriend stories, these ladies keep their rhetoric and rythm from their podcast. The stories are of failure and growth, learning and understanding. Love love love
Like listening to an in-depth podcast. Enjoyed their honesty and humor.
