I mentioned on a previous review that reading two series from the same author simultaneously was trippy because of the similarities, and that's really been hitting now that I've hit the conclusions of each series.

BUT the books were all delightful. Definitely looking forward to more books from this author. And maybe a sequel series?

I read the entire last third of this book in one sitting. Almost too fast and now I just want to go back!

An amazing end to such a cool series! Riley continues to dive deep into the meta world of these books and with such an awesome cast of characters too!
I've gotta say, this is definitely one of the top favorite series of middle grade for me now!

I'm really excited to take a look at his first fairytale series (I found Story Thieves first) and can't wait to see what is going to come next!

This was an amazing end to this series, and I love the ideas in it. I am writing the review long after I read it, so it's not really absorbed into me now, but let's just say it was utterly super!

Book five of the Story Thieves series does not disappoint! James Riley continues with this meta examination of stories from both inside and outside, all wrapped in a non-stop adventure that will keep readers engaged. Includes some important commentaries on our times as well. Highly recommended for grades 4 & up. Must read the series in order.
