Louise Bay has truly outdone herself with The Earl of London! I was absolutely hooked from chapter one and could not put this story down until the very end!

Logan Steele and Darcy Westbury, what can I say about them? Logan is the type to get what he wants, when he wants and Darcy is who he wants. Darcy, well, she calls it like she sees it and I truly loved that about her character! These two had a certain chemistry about them that you just don’t find in all characters. You can’t exactly describe it, it’s more like a feeling. A feeling like they are a pair that are meant to be together, even after Darcy finds out what Logan is up to. Far from perfect, Darcy and Logan were a couple that truly held me captive throughout the entire book and I enjoyed every moment of The Early of London!

Louise Bay is becoming one of those author's where I will read ANYTHING by her without questions. She brings the emotions, the steam, the angst and everything in between. This book was all of those!

I looved the audiobook of this book, the narrator really outdid herself, it was glorious.
But the book wasn't really it for me, I liked the premises and the set-up, but it was just fine, nothing too memorable, and the main characters, especially Darcy, were a little unsufferable.

Worth the wait

I’ve been waiting for Darcy’s story since she was intro’d way back when. I was not disappointed!! She’s met her perfect match in Logan and I’m so happy for her!! They are seriously cute together, even when they’re butting heads— which is often!!
Now, can I see Aurora’s fate?? That girl deserves some love for sure!!!

Ok, Louise Bay... what have you done to me? You have fully brought me over to some sappy romance with a little steam, and I don't even know who I am anymore!

This wraps up this series (of standalone stories) which weave in the characters' siblings and such. Darcy and Logan lead this one, and while Logan is a prick, in the beginning, he OBVIOUSLY makes some changes throughout the book... Darcy is kind of annoying but she turns it around too. My biggest issue is how she went from such a "strong" woman to such a whiny girl towards the end.

Even with that, I couldn't stop myself and still fell deep into their romance/angst, and am kinda sad I won't see more of this group of characters!

3.5 stars -- I like this author- and I will probably buy and read every books she puts out (although I think I am missing one), but this book was just kind of meh for me. I enjoyed it, but it wasn't incredibly memorable.

I feel like all the books in this collection read the same. Girl with brown her and guy with dark hair too. Pretty repetitive. I didn't particularly enjoy Darcy's character. She was just lacking. Actually both of the main characters were lacking
