oh to be a slowly expanding starling in a dog's mouth

Fastest Murakami book I've read.

Everyone has their own book references, but Murakami's books always attract my attention because almost all of his books don't provide a closure at the end of the chapter.

This book is very simple and fast-paced, therefore it's not surprising that I managed to finish it in one day (compared to other Murakami books which I could finish in almost a week).

Once upon a time, in The Strange Library, a boy trapped in a maze inside the library. But after he managed to escape (along with his sheep friend) from the maze, the boy didn't even get to experience a happy ending that he deserves. Instead, he feels lonely (and also worried about the leather shoes he left in the maze).

Thumbs up for this book. God bless.
