This is a pen pal story involving friends to enemies to lovers. There is a bully romance aspect to it. I just don't get the appeal of bully romances, they just don't work for me.

I still find Pen's writing compulsively readable and was enjoying reading it but I didn't like it. The bully aspect does not make a great story to me or a compelling love story. I found the characters young and I really struggled to understand where some of these characters were coming with their issues.

It's still a fun, fluffy read and I can't seem to stop reading Pen's works.

3/5 stars.
If you like bully romances, you will probably like this.

Really quick raunchy little romance. I’m not sure I loved how things were said sometimes. I cringed a few times at the writing but it was enjoyable. Super unrealistic!! But I needed a palate cleanser after reading some heavy dark books and this was exactly it.

I really enjoyed reading this book. It kept me interested throughout the whole story and I liked the relationship between the characters.

This was a solid 4 Star read for me. I’m not sure exactly how much I liked it to be honest, but I enjoyed the concept and I was hooked. I had to keep reading. That’s why it’s 4 stars and not less. I also really enjoyed the ending and how all the loose ends were tied up nicely. It did feel a little rushed towards the end, but I’m not too upset about it. All in all it was a good book, and I’m tempted to pick up something else by Penelope Douglas. Oh and THE TITLE… bye
