Uhh, okay. So this series was cancelled, thus Horikoshi had to wrap this up really fast, but I think it worked out well enough. Yes, there are a lot of loose threads, but there's not much you can do when a series is cancelled this early in development. That being said, this series was a fun, quick read that I'd recommend to others looking for classic shounen action.

While this one had better action, the pacing felt off a lot of the times, no build up to the action with little pay off. Then the whole Black thing is shoved in halfway through right before he shows up, it just feels like the ideas were there for the story but the execution wasn't very good. Overall, I can see Horikoshi figuring out a lot of stuff in this series that will lead to My Hero Academy and what makes it so good.
