This is the sequel to Dear Mrs Bird.

The characters in this book were full of strength and determination. They coped with all the sadness surrounding them with such dignity.
I loved Emmys friendship with Bunty. It was so sweet and endearing.

This book portrayed friendships so well. The romance element to this book was so heartwarming.
A great book and I hope that there will be another book in the series.
