That end tho, what the hell. My heart hurts for gods sake. I could handle it with Rose and Dimitri, there was a lot more comedy involved. But with Sydney and Adrian...it's difficult because he's such a fragile character that's been through emotional crap already. I don't want him to feel worthless. Plus whilst this series has its moments, Rose really lightened up the difficult moments. Humour isn't so easy coming in this series as Sydney's voice is so different. I love that both these series are so different in tone from one another but it makes relationship stuff really kick you in the heart. Fuck the Alchemists.

I inhaled this book like I inhaled a bucket of popcorn last night; it wasn't the best thing I've ever eaten but it was addictive. Same vibes with the book. The plot twists are predictable, but still enthralling enough to grab your attention and there are enough mini-cliff hangers to prevent you from putting the book down.
