A bit of a comfort read at this point but the ending always trips me up a bit as it feels a bit rushed and out of the blue.

This book is one of the most highly recommended for standalone why-choose novels (⚔️), and I can see the appeal. I wouldn't say this is my favorite book I've read in the genre, but I understand why readers rate it so highly. I thought the attempt at a side plot was just fine, I'd usually prefer a little more substantive of a plot, but again, I doubt most people are locking in for the plot; obviously we're all here for 3 billionaires to spoil the FMC

It started well but then it got ridiculous. There was so many tropes and plotlines happening it stopped making sense. The author even lost track of what they'd previously wrote.
