“'I wish for you that you never had to spend a moment thinking that no one was coming for you.' His voice was low, urgent. 'That you were never put in the position to feel as if you were not wanted or cherished or loved enough that people would not come for you.'”

The Prince
I love Brighton's development from the Wicked series. Fun, revenge filled novella

The King
Omg 😱 I love, love, love JLA. That was pure perfection.

The Queen
Love this trope and I love JLAs writing. Kind of wished those were full length novels.

This was a fun little trilogy of "novellas". Brighton had something a journey through this whole series and it was a nice addition to the Wicked world.

I loved these novellas. I wasn’t sure after reading Wicked if I would like them, but I absolute fell in love with The characters. And of course, there is TINK!!

Overall, 3.5 stars for the whole bundle! Caden and Brighton's story started off really well and I'm so glad we were able to learn more about the characters both individually and as a pair. Brighton was a very strong character and despite what everyone believes, she is very capable of fighting for herself. As for Caden, I'm very glad he got his own story, especially after what happened in Brave, book 3 of the Wicked series. It was nice to see the development of the characters, although I was quite disappointed with the last novella in this bundle. There were more loose ends and it didn't feel like the story was progressing, especially with the Winter Fae, and it was just focused on the lack of communication between Caden and Brighton. Although the last book was frustrating, I do enjoy JLA's writing a lot. Excluding the last novella, I quite enjoyed reading this bundle!

I absolutely LOVED this novella series. I think it was a great way to send the wicked trilogy and give these characters a story they deserved to tell!

These should not be called novellas because it is very clearly a trilogy with cliffhangers at the end of the first 2. They are not stand alone. There are some very intense torture parts that were hard and very long that were hard to get through. But I really liked the overall story and and had a hard time putting it down. There are some inconsistencies if you pay close attention but the love story was sweet and in some ways I liked these books better than the Wicked series that takes place in the same world and is a precursor to this trilogy with most of the same characters.
