Thank you so much, @thesmuthood @jaquelinesnowe for the arc! With that being said all opinions are my own and they would be the same had I bought the book!
This book was just amazing. Misunderstood, hard exterior Cami meets buff but shy nerdy Freddie! Just amazing. This was definitely a great read, FREE on kindle unlimited so go read it and let me know what you thought!

I have very few coherent thoughts about this book. That's a compliment, I swear! If I could just slam on the keys for, like, several minutes straight, likely all in caps lock, I think that would best convey how much I enjoyed this book.
Like, it is insane how much I loved this.
The writing? Check. Characters? Double-check. Cami and Freddie were wonderful and relatable and other words that end in that sound and they were SO GOOD AT KISSING EACH OTHER. MY GOD. Ho-ly shi-it. Seriously, more compliments. Do people still say off the charts? I don't care. I'm saying it.
Off the charts chemistry.
(Ew. I'm not changing it, though. It's true and I mean it.)
They were so good together! And for each other! Pushing buttons! Choosing each other! Sharing things! Sharing feelings! Freddie—my dude, my guy. Oof. What an absolute babe. Sweet and swoony and I am still on this alliterative kick, but—for.real. When you guys get to THAT chapter, I am sure you will understand and then you too will dissolve into whatever typing-mess I currently am. And Cami! Babe, part two! God, I want Cami to be happy. Fictional character, that she is. Having read the first Central State book I came into this one curious about her backstory and excited about getting her POV and it exceeded every expectation I had. I adored her. I adored her and Freddie. I adored this entire story.
If it is actually possible to devour a book then that is exactly what I did. I don't think I even got off the couch before finishing this. My ONLY thing and reason for my, like, 4.92 rating is that Cami regularly called Freddie "Big guy" and every time she did, I think part of me recoiled. I'm sorry, I'm sorry. I just—hate that. But! Other than that, top tier, fantastic, all sorts of genuinely positive adjectives.
(Is the next book about Daniella? Can it be about Daniella? For my trope-loving heart?)

I LOVED Freddie. He is such an adorkably introverted gentle giant who’s got dominant tendencies and he's the unexpectedly perfect match for Cami who's the popular, extroverted dancer.
While it’s not explicitly stated, Freddie reads as demisexual for those that may care: “I don’t sleep around,” I said, an edge of defensiveness leaking into my words. She’d probably think I was a loser for saying it, but I couldn’t lie to her. We were so different—her wild and sexy and free, and me… a nice dork. “I like being in relationships before having sex with someone.”

i really enjoyed this book! there were a few miscommunications that were a little frustrating, but i love Freddie & Cami individually & as a couple so much, that it didn’t hinder my enjoyment. this was a really fun & sweet story. not to mention, i love a sexy, tall, bespectacled,

I think I expected a little bit more from this book since I had heard so much hype about it, but it was good for what it was
