Crazy art, interesting story, a bit muddled for the first half.
Wow! New favorite graphic novel. I loved this - the wry dialogue, the art and chaos of color in the illustrations, the LOTR influences, the twist on the apocalyptic fantasy world, the pacing! Tons of fun. A very easy 5-stars from me.
Este primer tomo nos presenta una historia que bebe mucho de la fantasía más clásica y de obras postapocalipticas como Mad Max. La verdad es que todo está en un perfecto equilibrio; el dibujo, el color y la trama encajan perfectamente. Los personajes se empiezan a perfilar y parecen interesantes. No se como avanzará la historia pero tengo ganas de seguir.
Coda has a fresh concept, solid writing, stunning art and colours, and just a lot going for it overall. Reading volume one is my first experience with it, and it does feel like there's a lot of set up going on, but it definitely has me interested in continuing the series. I put volume two on hold at the library since they have it on order.

Досить непоганий сюжет, повороти не те, щоб несподівані, але все ж достатньо приємні, і, в основному, обґрунтовані.
Може не прям щось-таке-ух і шедевр, але читається приємно і ненапряжно.

A wonderfully wacky story set in a post-apocalypse fantasy world. The art is wildly beautiful even through all the gore and the cast of characters is hilarious. Nag the vicious and profane unicorn is probably my favorite of them all.

Чудова абсурдно-смішна історія про сумний і розвалений світ. Моє серденько отримує агресивний єдиноріг (п'ятиріг).
Such a fun low/high fantasy combo that just sparkled with beautiful art and worldbuilding! Had a lot of fun reading this and I actually feel invested in what's going on.
