Unbelievably slow and boring. Blurb claimed Libby ends up on the run from a killer but this never happens until right at the end

Good, but my least favorite of Flynn's novels. Definitely an enjoyable thriller read but I didn't find it as compelling as the others.

I would give this book a 3.5 stars. I enjoyed the book but the ending was lacking. I definitely didn't see the ending coming at all. Also, this book left me with more questions.

1. Will Ben get out of prison?
2. Why did Carl (the person hired to kill mom) confess.

Very much enjoyed another book by Gillian Flynn. Her writing is just so raw and visual it’s hard to pull away. Not as good as sharp objects imo but I did love the twists and darkness in this book. 4/5
