It was pretty encouraging and I learned so much! This book really had me rethinking my life and how I could make it better. I will be implementing some of these aspects in my life.
Read most of this book - really enjoyed some of the essays but found parts of it repetitive.

This got really repetitive, really fast. I listened as an audiobook and man I got tired of listening to numbers so quickly. This was a book of lists. Some of the chapters were good and some gave really good advice, but I couldn’t get past the numbers and the lists, it was too long of a book.
