My first mystery book! The characters are all mystery novel fans and the story does everything I’d expect a murder mystery to do, so I’d recommend it as a nice intro to the genre.
Could get a cheesy series adaptation if it made the characters fight more - sadly a big, climatic ending was nudged away in favour of giving the murderer the spotlight.
