A strong installment in the series, one of the better ones I'd say. It closely follows one of my favourite characters, so this was a hit for me! A good depiction of OCD as well.

Jack and Kade's interactions are top notch. Technically every moment either of them are on page is amazing and Christoper's cool too.

I love this series so much, but also where is Kade's book!?

Rep: Lesbian female MC with OCD, her girlfriend is dead, runs on lightning and becomes periodically mute and uses sign language, trans side character, fat side character with anxiety, Asian side character.

CWs: Blood, body horror, death, mental illness (OCD, anxiety), medical content, murder, toxic relationship, violence.

This was the darkest one so far! Honestly I'm really glad that it went back to the Moors because that is my favorite setting that these books have had! I really love how dark and atmospheric it is and I love the way Jack is written, especially! A lot of stuff happened in this book to the characters, and that ending was so good! This was probably one of my favorites of the series!

The best one yet. Maybe it's just cause I love Jack and Jill and the Moors so much, but this book was really great. I loved the conflict presented in this one too. I just really enjoyed this one and can't think of too many complaints. Not even my typical "this was too short" applies here because it all felt just right. The ending has me a little bit concerned though, given how nicely it was wrapped. I know there's still more to happen at the West Home, but I'm not entirely sure what.
