I was nervous to read a book from a different time but I get why Agatha Christie has the fame she does. This book comes together in such a beautiful way that I cried. I didn’t understand everything along the way or all the words used but it didn’t take away from the plot. It was just so good.
Stupid, stupid, stupid. This is my first murder mystery and thus my first Agatha Christie. I have no idea what is all the fuss. Maybe this genre isn’t for me, but I will try a more contemporary murder mystery before declaring that.

Great Mystery book with a great twist. Proof that Agatha Christie truely is the Queen of Mystery.

There was no way I wasn't going to enjoy this iconic Agatha Christie story. However, having seen 3 on-screen adaprations of it before, the ending was never going to be a surprise to me.
Despite this being one of Christie's most famous works, I don't regard it as one of her most remarkable plots.
That being said it's a definite 4/5 still. The structure is unique, going through and interviewing suspects one-by-one. I have heard others didn't enjoy this layout, but it appealed to me and my logic brain. Would recommend

I watched the movie and a tv show episode before reading this so the plot twist was not a surprise. But still it was a very interesting read. Watching Poirot decide what to do with this crime was fascinating.

I really enjoyed this book I felt it’s pacing was very good. It never felt like it went too slow. I think we could have learnt a bit more about a few of the characters but other that that I enjoyed it
A good night time read. I read all my detective books generally as bed time books. This is a perfect stress buster.
