These books just keep going and I love the characters/family dynamics and peaceful setting, so I'll be completing the series.

Listening to these very quick stories. Light, wholesome books. Narrator does a good job of changing voices for the characters, but I would probably like some a little better if I read instead of listened

The narrators male voice is comical.

This is the 6th book in the series but can work as a stand alone. I was just looking for available Christmas books on Libby. You don’t need to have read the prior books. You can jump in without fear.

Tina (a stranger) lands on the island. Julie invites her to stay at their inn for Christmas. Julie & her hubby have adopted a boy named Dillon whose father is deceased & mother abandoned him.

Julie’s mom gets a surprise visit from a high school sweetheart that wants to whisk her away but she’s just reunited with her daughter.

Dixie’s step-daughter needs to come to terms with her while Dixie’s son is decorating a float.

Heart warming.
