My favorite of the three by far. It takes some getting used to the authors style of writing but once you do you look forward to the next book. I am sad that the author died before finishing his incredible stories. Salander is a wonderful character and I feel like I was just getting to know her.

This was the best book in the series by far. Very suspenseful.

Wow, this was even better than the first two books! Couldn't wait to get to the end so I would finally understand everything but then I was sad it was over. I'm hoping the rumor about a 4th book is true.

what a ride this series has been. I really didn't want to get swept up in the hype of it but having to read the first one for book club it was inevitable the other two would have to be read as well. Very glad I did, we have lost a real talent in Mr. Larsson, it would have been very interesting to read what he would have done after this trilogy. 4.5 stars, not a 5 because I found too many characters with difficult names was very hard to keep track of everyone. For anyone interested there is an autobiography released May 2010 about the author: http://www.amazon.ca/Man-Who-Left-Too-Soon/dp/1844549402

...and finally it's over! This book was nowhere near as exciting as the previous two, out of 500+ pages it only got interesting in the last 150 pages or so. The language is too descriptive and the story line a bit bland and predictable. Overall, however, it provided much needed closure and a nice little ending.
