Easy listen. Good twists… I felt like it was probably a predictable ending for most but I didn’t figure it out, which is unlike me as I usually accuse every character!
I figured out who the killer was half way thru but it was an enjoyable quick read.
It was ok but not great. There wasn't much urgency and the story kind of plodded along. It was weird how just before someone died, it changed to their POV.

Despite seeing a lot of negative reviews for this book before reading, I’m pleased to say I really enjoyed this one!
I love how we all have different ideas of what is enjoyable and how people pick up on different things.
I have to say, after the first few chapters I felt compelled to want to keep reading and I easily read a good 50% of the book in one day!
I agree with some comments in that maybe some of the characters could do with a little more fleshing out/back story but I enjoyed getting to know what we did throughout the book and thought they all worked well within their roles.
Maybe an idea for crime books is to have at the start or the end a little summary of what some of the abbreviations mean within the police world or where some of the rankings of officers stood. Would’ve been a nice touch.
Over all thoroughly enjoyed it and I will definitely be reading the rest of the books in the series!
