A captivating read that was a emotionally charged rollercoaster from start to finish. There's so much narrative structure behind Jennette's way of presenting her story that you sometimes forget that this is an autobiography and not a brilliant work of literary fiction. Well deserving of the hype and reputation its garnered over the past couple of years.

This was a difficult read but an incredible one. The topics are very heavy but the author's voice is so compelling that it helps you through. I don't typically like memoirs but I would recommend this to anyone capable of handling the sensitive topics
