Having not read a Poirot book in years, not being as big a fan of him as Miss Marple, this was a goodd one to ease into, as he's not much in the forefront. The setting of the girls' school was intriguing and I liked how the mystery was set up. The solution felt a little bit left-field; it definitely wasn't very fairplay as there were not many tips or clues to latch onto to reach the final conclusion given.
Christie has a knack of tacking on a poignant conclusion/epilogue which I always like.
