"Your ex was an ass. I am your husband now. Don't thank me for treating you the way you deserve to be treated."

this was just chaotic, romantic and full of life. i loved the characters, the development, the way they grew together. honestly, i really appreciated that everybody had a well developed character even though there were so many people involved. the authors writing was great and entertaining and the storyline never felt boring. i mean nothing can ever be boring if you’re living in a mom-com. i also loved loved loved the girlhood bonding!! beckett and livy are definitely a dream couple :)

Sickeningly sweet from beginning to end. The embodiment of a hallmark movie.

This was a good quick read to help get me out of my reading slump! It's sort of a sports romance mixed with a fake relationship trope. There's a big amount of obvious to love going on which can get annoying towards the end. On top of that a bunch of kids that you'll learn how to keep up with in the book. The whole momcom pack was cute but I'm hoping not all of the love interests move into that crowed house.

Overall it's a 3 star for me but an added star for the smut scenes.
