Solidly OK. The kind of book that I might have gotten into as a sensitive teenager, with the cosmic ideas and imagery drawing me in and the subverted fairytale princess trope keeping me hanging around to the end, but the adult I am now wanted something a bit less self-care self aware and more challenging.

This is simple stuff, even if the themes aren't and I found it too light for my taste. Poetry is always a hard one to judge- it either resonates with you or it doesn't. This collection didn't.

This poetry collection was okay. There were a few poems that I really loved but overall it just felt a bit repetitive. For me there wasn’t a flow between the concepts for some of the poems, it was a bit all over the place. I couldn’t feel the emotion radiating out of it. I much preferred Rupi Kaur’s style of poetry.

I adored this collection, particularly the first part where space serves as the conceit organizing the poems.

It just didn't pull me in like other poems have done.

I flipped forward to see some of the ones other people mentioned, but I don't think they were enough to keep me reading until the end.
It just fell a bit flat for me.
