this was a really rough read, but i couldn’t put it down. the violence described made me sick at times. overall this was a harrowing tale of a father seeking vengeance for his daughters. would i recommend this to any of my friends? absolutely not 4/5

Three children are kidnapped in the very beginning, this leads to a downward spiral from their father, who is a local cop taking matters into his own hands. How far would you go to find your children? This really will scare you, especially if you're a parent. Major trigger warnings. I raced through this, really hoping for a happy ending, yet know it probably wouldn't happen, but still a great read.
