I am absolutely obsessed with this story. This was my first Kay Cove book and now I need to devour the rest of the Lessons of Love series. ❤️ 10/10 recommend this read its easy to read, perfect amount of spice to me, but also realistic in the characters emotions and situations.

This book wasn’t bad but in a sense there were parts where I was annoyed and tired of. I enjoyed her showing how she was a queen and should be treated like one but always calling her a queen like ALL THE TIME? Felt a bit too much like maybe interchanging nicknames. Also Palmer is a bitch and I never liked her hehe :3
This was my second try with this book. Love the premise, but we got into the sex really fast. I guess I hoped for more burn.
The way I can personally relate to the FMC makes this book so much better but also made for a heart wrenching experience

The way this book is written so thoughtfully and deliberately makes me ache to read it again for the first time. The plus-sized FMC with body confidence issues hit so close to home that I desperately want my husband to read it for the insight into my brain, my feelings, and my dysmorphia. The MMC’s ability to be domineering and nurturing at the same time was #goals.

A nice easy read but there were a lot of unsaid things and the tension became repetitive. I wish Finn had said more when it came to the champagne room scene and been more explicit about his feelings.
