Even though I wasn't such a big geek about things that were featured in this book, it was still an entertaining read. It has also widen my knowledge about 80s pop-culture and stuff. About the story, it was amazing. I was almost always at the edge of my seat and the characters automatically clicked to me. I love the author's open-mindedness and humor. I highly recommend this to those who have a knack on 80s pop-culture and techie stuff.

Recommended audio read. Realistic teen drama. Lively. Good sleep aide. I was usually asleep in less than five minutes. (Set a sleep timer!)

Super fun read - but I have to agree with Ben and Michael that it's targeted at guys who were in high school in the 80's.

This was so fun and also probably the most realistic depiction of our impending societal demise due to resource scarcity. Enjoyed this version of video game fiction infinitely more than Tomorrow, Tomorrow, Tomorrow... so I guess I have to switch my genre from popular fiction over to SciFi.

DEVOURED this book while on vacation. Eventually said to bf: "The narrator is getting more and more trapped in his virtual world, and I am getting sucked in with him."
Great book if you love sci-fi/fantasy gamer trivia and/or 80s pop culture.
