And just like that I am all caught up on all of the Guild Codex books! I will admit, I had hoped the final two books would be out by the time I got here, but I got pretty close to it.

I think this one was a little better than Druid Vices but it still dragged a little bit. However, it was refreshing to have a little bit of Ezra's POV scattered in there, and it really helped the pacing of this book. I also like that it could have easily spoiled what he was up to during Hunting Fiends but didn't.

I'm very interested to see how everything shakes out!

Really enjoyed this one. Moved the story along in a pretty big way. I still feel like Tori and Ezra are a forced pairing. I do not care about them as a couple. However, really liked this addition to the world.

I mean, do I have to say it again? An excellent adventure!

There was a fight between hope and hopelessness in this one, and it tore my insides. I loved reading every word.
This author has infused all her characters with so much heart, passion, and devotion, and each screams from the pages so succinctly.

Yes! Dark and fire-filled Ezra is here once again! Finally.

The villains here are appropriately scary, capable, and have a long reach in this world. The battle scenes were a delight to read and we're finally getting somewhere with the head honcho villains.

Also, that first scene with Tori, a gun, and her brother was properly terrifying and the author wrote it so beautifully. I'm happy Justin played a bigger part in this bc him and Tori definitely needed to rebuild their siblingship.

Every word is so well thought out and every scene is so well written. I'm gonna be so freaking sad when this series ends.

One more book in Demonized and one more book in Spellbound to go! I'm so freaking excited!

So very happy reading, Goodreads fiends!

I'm aware that I am regressing into my YA urban fantasy 13 yo self but it was honestly the last time I felt happiness. My younger self would have been absolutely shaking in my boots.
Ahhhhh this book. The second to last? I can't believe that the end is almost here

This is a fantastic addition to the series, and as I basically always say...it's the best one yet. I love seeing old characters come back (why hello there Justin), and wondering where the story is going to take me next. I love being kept on my toes for what is going to happen next.

Lost Talismans takes place over the course of a couple of days. And there is a lot of action in those few days! I had to go back and reread some parts because this story is packed full with details and I was reading so fast I kept missing things. Also, The Romance. I'm not an Ezra shipper but GUYS. HELP ME. I'm questioning my #teamZak membership
Spoilerspeaking of which, no Zak in this book which made me so sad *tear*
. We also get to see Ezra's POV for a couple of scenes, which is key to understanding the flow of not only this book but also the latest book in the Demonized series. It really helped round out the story of [b:Hunting Fiends for the Ill-Equipped|52165111|Hunting Fiends for the Ill-Equipped (The Guild Codex Demonized, #3)|Annette Marie|https://i.gr-assets.com/images/S/compressed.photo.goodreads.com/books/1583531426l/52165111._SY75_.jpg|73807195].

And last but not least.....that ending........ =D =D =D

Ugh, Tori’s secrets are catching up with her. Wow, so much was packed in the ending. Let’s see what Robin can do. Bring on the next book!
