An emotional roller coaster. I want quite prepared for the relatively quick wrap up. I could have used a bit more time to come down from the tumultuous climax. But I loved the characters, especially CeCe and I definitely felt every moment of joy and angst with Andi and Mallory.

This one was a slog. So much potential for an interesting story but it was diminished by amateurish writing, unnatural feeling dialogue, repeating words, phrases, and info, and the unbelievable ability to both recall exact words from decades ago and read the most complex of feelings and emotions by just looking into someone's eyes.

That coupled with the super easy to figure out identity of Alyson and the way that was resolved made it a struggle to finish.

Going with 2 stars because it had promise and it appeared to be proofread.
