I wanted to love this one so badly! But the whole time I was reading this I was frustrated. Calla and Jonah fought for most of the book and it felt like they could just not catch a break. Also I strongly disliked Marie for this whole book and don't know how I'm going to get through hers. I felt like the book just ended and it wasn't very impactful or anything.

i think i liked this book the most out of all of them. i love a good domestic romance and also i loved seeing their relationship slowly crumble and of course it was frustrating but i was also excited for them to pull themselves together and figure stuff out. and i think the author did well by
i liked that jonah said she needed to find who she was and when he said that i realized how different she seemed to be in the first half, she really did not seem like herself.

ALSO i absolutely loved the friendship forming between roy and her. during those parts it really felt like a fiction book with a romance subplot. but i loved them so much, it was so amazing to see him slowly warm up to her.
also i liked that all books had traditional spice as one person said, not smut but a small amount of spice and then it faded to black. really liked that.
