Felt a little unnecessary to me, the ending of PS... was too good.... but hey, a little more Lara Jean is always greatly received! I just loved immersing myself a lil more in her world. Such a good book and a good ending.
This was really PG garbage.
Where as the first two books complete each other, this book seems like it’s tacked on for the money. Lara Jean is whining, overly sentimental, too innocent and seems more like a 12 year old than Kitty.
The wedding planning was just over the top. I get the point of the distraction and hope to ease he mind. But it really seems like shes nostalgia-izing things before they even come to pass. Why they didn’t stop it from the start or she get a wake up call earlier is just poor parenting/ story writing.
It was just boring and really internal melodrama. Nothing really happens that isn’t in Lara Jeans head. It’s very Emma and Clueless like, which is boring because there is no epiphany or realization.
Maybe being Canadian, with an 18 year drinking age it different but the whole experience of beach week seems shockingly G rated.
I was really disappointed by the whole thing. It seems like it could be truthful for a teenage girl, maybe if she was 16 still, but she seems too clueless, too unaware of anything. Like basic things. There is no growth from the first book, If anything she’s regressed.
I’m sorry I waisted my time on this book.

Just perfect. I’ve loved these characters so much and this book was the truest way to say goodbye to them. I’m going to keep the Song girls and Peter K. in my hatbox forever.
A nice ending to an entertaining trilogy that got me back into YA contemporary, but not enough plot and definitely not enough John Ambrose McClaren.

3.5 stars.
This book was by far better than the last, but just didn't do it for me. It felts quite level the whole way through, with no big ups or downs or twists to add to the storyline. It seemed quite basic and boring, at least in my eyes.
Kitty is hilarious, and by far more mature than her older sisters! Margot still pisses me off, like seriously, grow up and stop being such a spoilt brat. Lara Jean still acted like a 15 year old not an almost-18 year old.
It was enjoyable in the sense that I read it over the space of two days, but just didn't live up to how good the first book was.

Wasn’t a big fan of the wedding plot, extra characters (who was Pammy even? What was her significance?), and lack of McLaren’s screen time, but overall a fitting end to the story of Lara Jean.
This was the best book in the trilogy and I really enjoyed it. I’m glad I stuck through the series to get to this book.
2 stars because I probably would've loved it just a few years ago - but while reading this I was incredibly bored and I only made it through because it's an easy read.
