Man, the nostalgia in this book for high school is real.
I'm really happy that Jenny Han had gone back to revisit Lara Jean's story and bring it to a conclusion. Seeing as there was so much of the high school life rooted in her story in the first two books, it was really fitting to end it off with her graduating and starting the rest of her life.
I'm still super in love with her and Peter. Honestly one of the best pairings ever in a young adult series. Ever.
And... I don't know. I shouldn't have read this before bed. I'll just be thinking of Lara Jean and how wonderful she is as I lay in bed and try to sleep. I'll probably dream of the perfect chocolate chip cookie as well.

This book really spoke to my fears/anxiety about senior year, but mostly about college. But also, Lara Jean made some really wistful and insightful remarks about college and it was beautiful.
I loved seeing the progression in her relationship with Peter. They have definitely gotten better at communicating and trusting each other, but they struggle with it at times too. Overall, I love how in love they are. And they do really normal things, like hanging out at Lara Jean’s house while she bakes and he does the tasting. Or he learns how to braid her hair, which is the epitome of relationship goals. I could gush about them together for a long time.
I also really enjoyed that we get more of Lara Jean’s dad. And his girlfriend Trina. She is like a (much needed) mother figure to Lara Jean and Kitty, but especially for the latter. She was funny and understanding of the girls’ life and she never meddled. I appreciate Kitty for her brazenness and how she contrasts Lara Jean but she still annoys me at times. Which is totally understandable given that she’s 11. And lastly, Margot really gets on my nerves. By the end she was okay but I’ve never been a fan of hers. I feel she is too judgemental of people and she is very controlling of her sisters. Like at times they wouldn’t say or do things because they didn’t want her to judge those actions.
I always want more from Jenny Han’s stories. Not because they are lacking, but because they’re that good.

4.5 - probably wouldn't consider this directly a five star book, but this whole series just means the world to me. I loved to see the characters and the relationship grow and this book just made me feel a lot things. So now i am really sad just because it ends ...
Great ending to the series but I'm so sad to say goodbye to Lara Jean
This whole trilogy has been a wonderful roller coaster ride! Peter and Lara Jean will always have a special place in my heart. Thank you so much, Jenny Han!

Jenny Han, why did you have to make me cry? At first I thought I was going to hate the conclusion of TATBILB but I ended up loving it after a couple chapters. I was crying at the last few chapters over a contract. A CONTRACT! I won't say too much but To All the Boys I've Loved Before is an amazing series with great Asian representation and the cutest love-letter romance and Always and Forever, Lara Jean was a phenomenal conclusion to the series.
I am glad that I finished this series. I really enjoyed book one but book two didn't do much for me. This book was so good. I loved that is typed up so many of the story lines and I loved watching Lara Jean process finishing high school and prepping for college.
!!! Spoiler Alert!!!
I enjoyed that that she didn't get into her first college choice for many reasons. I think it shows that it's okay to fail and things will still work out and it gave her the chance to choose a school for herself and not because her boyfriend is going to the same school.
This would be a great series for any high schooler. Highly recommend.
