i was never very keen on this series or peter kavinsky for that matter lol. i always thought it was overrated but i still read the books anyway. i always thought the second book was my favorite because i love john lol and at the time i didn’t care for peter very much. and honestly i didn’t think the third book would live up to the second book for me, but the ending of the third book really is what makes this book a five star read for me. the ending made me realize how special lara jean and peter’s relationship is. it also made me realize why people love peter so much and actually made me swoon over him too. i get the hype now lol. now i’m wondering where i can get a peter kavinsky lmao

I’m wavering between a 3.5 and a 4 Star on this one and the second book. I don’t know what it is but something feels so unfinished. I get that we watched her last 2 years of high school but this is the first book in a long time that I felt we needed a bit more. Years later? I don’t know looking at the book how it’s written and finished, it’s a good book. It doesn’t really have a huge plot but I think it’s pretty relatable in the things changing after turning 18 department. So I can understand why people would be super into it or completely not into it. It either was a relatable experience or it wasn’t. But I still want to know what now? All that fuss for the “future” and yet??? Not sure if I’m the only one that feels this way, but I’m kind of disappointed.
Gah! I missed Peter K so much. My favorite thing about this series is the genuine growth of Lara Jean. She's such a well written character. This book gets 4.5 stars from me- because WHY is there no epilogue?!?! I am so sad that it's the end of this story. I could read about these characters for many more novels!!

i know this is mostly me complaining but i love this book trilogy. it's a teenage love and they're acting as teens. sometimes it's frustrating but it's also realistic in the sense that sometimes they're immature. what's important is they know at the end what they want and fix things and always ALWAYS want to put in the effort to make it work. that's what most important in a relationship. this is such a comforting read. ok now onto the complaining
WHY didn't Lara Jean get into UVA?? i really want to know why. it's so unfair. so many ppl who had worse grades got in and what about all those ppl that aren't gonna go? ik she gets into another one she loves but i still think it's unfair. it's so unfair how sport kids get to go in with mediocre grades bc they can kick a ball while others work so hard and have perfect grades and still don't get in
btw for last back i said i thought LJ should've chosen Josh but now i think peter was the right choice. i love him in this book. noe that the Genevieve drama is done i can tell how he is in a rs more
i don't like Kristen much
the only reason why I didn't cry with Stormy was because I read that part at school
i kind of understand Peter's reaction. i mean sometimes you can't help it but only look at things in your perspective. but the way he reacted to the news that Lara Jean is going ti UNC wasn't nice. like he's only thinking of the relationship and not Lara Jean individually
the way peter reacted to the scrapbook is so...

Sooo this for me was totally unnecessary. Like i liked how the second book ended and this, i mean it didn't give anything new? Yes it was fun to read and i started liking Peter and Lara Jean together more and the wedding thing was fun but that was it? Margot was really annoying AGAIN and most of her scenes i wished she had stayed in the UK. And how exactly did Lara Jean get drunk of sipping other people's coctails? With this book i had a feeling it was kinda rushed and not soo thought through. I was kinda pleased with it being a duology rather than a trilogy.
