An entertaining thriller! I loved the tropical island setting. Some great twists along the way and the ending was surprising. Felt like it dragged on at certain points more than it needed to.

Just ok. The mystery kept me interested enough to keep going and the twists at the end were kind of fun. But the characters were all so unlikeable and I felt like the author was kind of throwing around the ideas of sexual assault and suicide/self harm which felt icky. I didn’t believe that any of these characters were in their early twenties and the fact that EVERYONE on the island was hiding some awful past seemed unlikely. It was entertaining but ultimately lacked any substance, IMO.

Good summer mystery with some great twists! It took a little bit to get going and was similar to other duel-perspective mysteries that I have read but still kept me interested and was an enjoyable read.
