I couldn't really bond with most of the characters except Ron and Hagrid because there were just some things which didn't sit right with me, like when

Hermione stopped Neville from following them at the end of the book

And sometimes the pacing seemed a bit off because the storyline was so fragmented but all in all an okay-read.

Although I do not agree with Joanne on her current transphobic standing, I have to say that I enjoyed this book quite a lot. I wish I found this book earlier and read it when I was a kid, because is right the kind of thing that my small insecure self needed. I cannot wait to finish the entire saga.
