I read this book after my sister got it for Christmas 2019. It was a good read if you are looking for a quick read. I found it enjoyable and I think it is a great way to recreate the original series.

It is beautifully illustrated & I throughly enjoyed how expressive the characters were. The development of the main character was great, I felt like I was part of her journey with the impossible three!

I love seeing the illustration style of these stories by Raina Telgemeir, but the new artist's style is just as good, it just takes some getting used to. The stories are simple yet sweet, without any need for new tech to make the novel more drama-filled and complicated. Each book has a simple message, and I would recommend this for anybody who wants to read a chill and relaxing graphic novel where nothing crazy happens or for someone who has an afternoon to be lazy with.

I really love that this series deals with some meaty topics (divorce, moving away, new families etc) in such a brilliant way. This one is done brilliantly by Gale Galligan. The rest of this series have been such a hot in my classroom that I can’t wait to add more!
