The film is absolutely perfect, and the book captures it really well. i’ve seen the movie countless times and i still cried reading the book, so i think it managed to translate its themes into writing really well

I loved this book it made me cry, the only thing that made it 4 stars instead of five was the writing style. Because this book was adapted from a movie it was overly discriptive

Also the ending hurt a bit of my soul but was also nice. As much as I wanted a happy ending I'm not gonna get one.
