I really enjoyed Nearly All the Men in Lagos are Mad. I will throw in USA men as well. This compilation of stories are so relatable. Finding a good man is hard. Stories will make you mad, tear up, laugh, say "that happened to me", and want to give these women a hug. Very well written. This author has a finger on the pulse of dating.

maltreatment from men. This maltreatment is not the focus here rather the focus is on women standing up and finding their voice and refusing to accept the nonsense men serve them.
I enjoyed this and highly recommend this as a palette cleanser and an eye opener.

I loved it. Get the audiobook, you get immersed in the characters with the audiobook. I loved all of the female characters, yes I support women's rights but I also support their wrongs. Some of the men were moving crazy but you know nearly all men in Lagos are mad.
Odepus complete - I refuse to even conjure dealing with this family.International relations is a riot and isn't it great to have your own money.The gigolo story stays in my mind, cause they were moving mad but they were moving calculatedly. Honestly, that might be how you move to get from rags to riches in Nigeria. Also sorry to the friend that got his heart broken. Also, I wonder when their moves will bite them in the back or if enough is enough. Anointed wife- I knew it. The twist. It was giving Madonna whore complex. Cuck-up is the best. You go girl. Independence Day is great. I salute her.

I loved the idea of this one and the first few stories. Eventually, it just seemed to get a little repetitive. I enjoyed the ending of the last story more than I can even describe, however. I fully support women’s wrongs, I just didn’t have enough time to connect with most of the characters.
I loved this book! I think because it was a collection of different stories and because it was written by a Nigerian writer based in Nigeria so there was a level of relatability to it. It was enjoyable. I laughed and grasped!! Amazing read.
